The focus of the in-service training addresses two key roles of VET educators:
as facilitators of online and/or hybrid learning and career management skills and
as developers and producers of media-rich digital learning content.
The face-to-face In-Service Training Programme course delivery document below outlines how you, as an educator, can help VET educators strengthen these skills. In addition, you can guide them towards the self-directed learning modules, which offer further development in topics such as collaborative learning, digital pedagogy, technology integration, innovation and creativity, digital content creation and curation, selecting and evaluating digital resources and tools, and resilience building for VET educators. Each module can be validated through the Open Badges Digital Framework, enabling learners to earn a LOTUS-accredited badge that recognises their achievement.
